Is international shipping available?
Yes. Postage is calculated at checkout and is dependant on the weight of the order and the country it is being sent to.
*Please note that all orders are sent with mandatory signature on delivery. Taxes are not pre-handled and orders may incur country specific import taxes. We are not responsible for any stolen or missing packages*
How do you pack your pieces to ensure they arrive safe?
A lot of time and care goes into packing each piece. Every item is protectively wrapped in padded sustainable packaging and packed tightly into a box.
Ceramic Care Instructions
Are pieces dishwasher / microwave safe?
Yes - every piece is dishwasher and microwave safe. HOWEVER in order to protect and preserve the colours of the glazes it is recommenced to limit time in microwave and only hand wash.

What if my order arrives broken?
Whilst we do all we can to ensure your items are packaged carefully, we understand that accidents can happen during the shipping process. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or broken, please promptly email shop@lolitabylolita.com. It is important you include clear pictures showing the breakages as well as the condition of the packaging it was sent in.
Once a confirmation email is sent back to you, you will receive a return shipping label and your piece will be remade and replaced.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Since Lolita. items are handcrafted and limited edition, returns and refunds for change of mind are not accepted.

Each apparel piece will have its own unique care instructions. Please refer to the care label or care card that will be included in your order.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
Items are handcrafted and limited edition, therefore we are unable to issue refunds for change of mind.
We understand that online shopping can sometimes be tricky though, so if you receive your apparel piece and it doesn't fit how you like, you can exchange it for a shop credit note.
Please get in contact with us via email ( shop@lolitabylolita.com ) if you'd like to organise an exchange. The customer will have to cover the cost of the return shipping. And a shop credit note will not be guaranteed until the item has been received and deemed in its original, unused, perfect condition.
